Christophe Shell, Intel’s EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, leaving this company after a two -year step, According to a filing including SECThe

Shell notified Intel about his decision on Monday and the filing would resign on June 5th to “follow another career opportunity.”

It is not clear who will replace the shell. Intel did not immediately respond to any request for the comment.

Shell, who led Intel’s sale, marketing and communication group directly, reported directly to the CEO office, joined the organization in February 2022. He was previously the chief commercial officer in HP, led by Growth Markets EVPs for Philips and Brand Management of Proctor and Gumbble.

The departure of the shell comes when Intel recently appointed CEO is a dramatic conversion under lip-boo tan. Tan company departments have gone to spin the “noncor” units, its ultrasara semiconductor business has sold its majority part of its majority, and flat on the tech giant’s executive structure. He has also appointed a new AI chief and planned to reduce the agency’s workforce.

Earlier this month, Tan made four days compulsory for all employees (the company had previously allowed some hybrid and remote work) and announced that Intel would not close his Intel Capital VC arm as per his previous plan.
