Samsung has updated smartothing, its app that allows users to control the company’s IoT devices with new home automation capabilities on an apparent bid to cross-selling more smart home devices and equipment.

In addition to automation features, users will get new integration with Samsung Health Applications, an inter -comed feature and subject 1.4 smart home connectivity standard with more devices.

The app’s “routines” feature-upl-upal shortcuts and IFTTT are basically a basic, non-code conditional programming interface that can trigger tasks-it has been updated to enable enabled home automation.

Users can now set the routines to repeat every week, every month or every year, and the integrity of smarting with the health applications and the new 2025 Samsung TV models is now enabled you to set up automation, as you go to bed automatically closed or start TV on a specific channel in the morning.

Smarting can now connect to Samsung Health to transmit slip reports to the galaxy device that provides metric such as temperature, moisture, CO 2 level and light intensity. This slip tracking is also associated with routine properties.

The app can now drop voice messages on smartothing-attached speakers at home. Significantly, Samsung has been late to bring this feature to its ecosystem, as Amazon’s eco -series devices have been able to do this since 2017 and Apple introduced similar features for homepods in 2020.

The subject with the standard 1.5 standards, now supports mounted on-off switches and mounted eggs load control devices as well as devices such as water heaters, hit pumps, solar energy devices and batteries.
