Anker Nebula Capsule Air Review: Little LED Can; Can Light a Little

Anchor Neharika Capsule Air is the latest can-size projector of the company. I reviewed the capsule 3 and the original capsule. They both play well for something so small. Air capsule faded than 3, picked a for me The best portable projectorBut it is even smaller and cheaper, a reasonable trade off depending on how you are planning to use it.

Don’t like

  • Not too bright

  • Not very accurate

General alerts apply to Capsule Air, it is not very bright and its image is not very accurate. But it is probably a high bar for any coke size. Built on Google TV, it is a great and portable way to watch anywhere, anywhere.

Glasses and this national

Capsules are also available in air black.

  • Resolution: 720 p
  • Lumens Spec: 150
  • Zoom: Not
  • Lens Shift: Not
  • Battery Life: 2 hours (claimed, eco mode)
  • Leading Life (General Mode): 30,000 hours

A small projector with small glasses for capsule air matches. This is 720p when most projectors are 1080p or 4K but there is a built -in battery that should last about 2 hours. For the size of any drink, it is perfectly fine.

Anchor claims 150 lumen light output. I have measured 84 in custom mode and 102 in less accurate conference mode. It is certainly in the same range of other small pocket projectors. Put the original capsule 85 for comparison that is effectively the same. The opposite ratio is amazingly good – again, for a small projector – 381: 1. The original capsule that can manage is twice and more than the recent, larger and more expensive projectors.

There is no zoom or lens shift – it is not surprising – but there is an autofocus that is automatically adjusted when you remove the projector. Anchor recommends screen shapes from 30 to 80 inches, most because the greater images will be quite faded. It is above all, simply 85 lumen. Although 100 inches is possible, the projector starts to get mad and repeatedly requests you to take it closer to the screen. However, you can still focus on that distance. And it stops you at the end as long as you don’t bother it.

Connection

  • HDMI input: 1
  • USB port: 1 (USB-C)
  • Audio: Bluetooth
  • Internet: Wi-Fi 2.4ghz/5ghz
  • Remote: Backlit, also an app

Despite its smaller size and probably expected use as the portable streaming display, there is an HDMI input on the back. If you want to attach a game console it is great. It can be doubled as a Bluetooth speaker and it is about one size. It won’t play as loud as a dedicated speaker, but if you just want to carry a single device it looks like enough decent.

Unlike some portable projectors, capsule Air has a USB-C connection that can charge and in some cases the projector is fully strengthened. If you have a battery bank with 45W output (PD2.0), you can increase the platime demanding 2 hours playback in echo mode. If you don’t already have a battery like that, anchor sells it Built on a tripod base It doubles the platime and gives a little space to sit the air.

A screw-on base is included in the box that gives you the wind a risk so that it can project higher than sitting. Some are thrown upwards but the bottom part of the figure is almost the height of the capsule. So if the projector is on the floor and you want to make the image high on the wall, this risk base allows it to be used to use Keystone correctionThe This base also has a metal ring that turns you the capsule upside down. The anchor imagines it to hang from a hook on a wall to project the other. Cute concept, that.

AAXA M8 Laser Projector (review pending)

Anchor capsule 3

Capsule 3 capsules are even bigger, more powerful brothers. It could get you to spend a little more. AAXA M8 laser (review pending) is almost the same price as wind, but with the priority of different designs, you will see. I have attached them to a Monopress 1×4 delivery amplifier and saw the 102 inch 1.0-Purgeon screen as well as by side.

The Touch-sensitive top with additional buttons is illuminated when using.

The two capsules are much more similar to that. They can produce – once you turn off all external images “enhancement” settings – a reasonable accurate image that is delighted to see. Although the colors are not super perfect, they are close enough because of the size and price. The contrasts are not amazing, but they are at least very expensive, full -sized, 4K as a projector.

So what can you get more on the larger capsule 3? Looking closer to the numbers: 3 123 lumens is a bit brighter, and the proportion is a bit better at 471: 1. As well as these differences are fine. Does 3 with regular content showing a bit brighter and a bit more contrast? Yes … but just. Personally, I think I will make the screen smaller in the air.

3 are not heavier in any way, but it is noticeably large. It is not that it cannot fit in the same place, but it has about 50% more volume that can be noticeable in the backpack or purse. The air like this is 30% cheaper. Although I didn’t review it, the capsule 3 laser is probably somewhat brilliant than one of them, but it is more expensive. Which goes on to say, yes greater capsules are more capable of the end, but the air performs enough and can win in size and price. To me, size and price are the main topic of the Pico projector.

Meanwhile, the competitive AXA M8 laser is somewhat surprised. I reviewed some of the AAX’s projectors and they were usually bright for their size and price, but the image value was not great. M8 is laser Wild Oversaturated, almost like cartoons, but the image is otherwise pretty good. It has a better contrast ratio of about 3x than capsules Air and it is significantly brighter. Even in common brilliance mode it keeps 343 lumen an impressive for size.

I cannot fully say that it won against two capsules but it is an alternative for specific use. For one, streaming options, including Netflix’s mobile, standard-definition version, are more limited. Also, the fans are seriously loudly. In order to get the fascinating brightness, little fans are walking away in such a way that their lives can be confusing depending on how close you are sitting. However, if you certainly need more than 85 lumens of capsule Air and you don’t think anything is bigger, loud and less convenient, but the M8 laser is an interesting option. I will dive more with our full review soon.

Can can can? It could

Jeffrey Morrison/CNET

Capsule is a smart evolution of Air Ankar’s portable projector design. Each generation is somehow better. Don’t make any mistakes, the capsule fades air. However, it seems like a reasonable trade off for price and size. I prefer the inclusive tilting-base and AL chusic tripod accessories, although the next one raises the total price somewhat. To take camping, or to take a stubborn movie night in the basement, but the impressive carrying of the capsule Air is great.
