The Nintendo Switch 2 was held directly on Wednesday, and the company announced that the upcoming console would be published on June 5. The company also revealed that a handful of versions of the Nintendo Switch game would be upgraded, known as the Nintendo Switch 2 version.
Switch 2 is compatible to the rear and can play certain compatible switch games – but nintendo did not say which games would still be compatible. Nintendo said that the switch 2 version games can provide unique ways to play the game with advanced graphics, switch 2 hardware and more.
All the games that have been announced here will find the 2 version of the switch.

- Gelder legend: Wild breath
- Gelder legend: the tears of the Kingdom
- Kirbi and forgotten land
- Beyond the Metroid Prime 4
- Pokémon Legend: ZA
Nintendo said that 2 versions of these games would be available in both digital and physical copies. However, if you already own a switch game, like the Wild of the Wild, you need to buy an upgrade pack to play the switch 2 version of the game.
It is unclear how much it will spend on upgrade packs and how they work with the physical versions of the switch games.
Nintendo also announced the upcoming new games with the upcoming new games in the upcoming console Mario Cart WorldKirbi Air Raiders and Donkey Kong Bonanja. Nintendo also announced some third-party games in Switch 2 like Nintendo Lden Ring, Split Fiction and Maden.
