While Clip -on Yearbods Asian Markets were well kicked before Bose’s release of $ 300 Ultra Open Yarbods Last year, it was the innovative design and marketing of Bose that brought like this new style earrings Open the earbods Encouraged visitors worldwide and others to publish clip-on designs in the US market. Now mournful, known for its Bone headphoneIt has joined with the growing clip-on crowd Open ($ 200), another premium model that looks like Ultra Open Yearbods and looks similar, but listed for less than $ 100.
I have been experimenting with OpenDots for several days, comparing them with Ultra Open Yearbods to compare some budget clip-on buds that are at low prices as $ 50. Here is my primary thoughts about OpenDots One. Note that they do not use bone-entering technology.

Design
From the point of view of the design, mourning OpenDots measure quite well in a boss ultra earned. They fits along with my ear and a bit better than the bose buds, which is quite comfortable. They also have a flexible connector like boss that mourn referred to as a jointer and “provides a gentle but protected grip in different ear”, saying “the soft silicon on the outside of the speaker further reduces more pressure, even the time of extended wear”.
I compared OpenDots (left) to Bose Ultra Open Yearbods (Right).
Like all clip-on buds, OpenDots One, as is understood from their names, is featured in an open design. That means the bud and the driver sits on the canal of your ear and not jam in it Pile Including silicone or foam tips. Open buds allow the sound to be leaked in your ear and it is best for those who do not like to jam their ear in their ears or want to hear the outside world around them because of protection. Mourn Sports activities And liked it Bone headphoneOpenDots are a protected fit and offer Good work for the runnersThe They have an IP 54 rating that means they will provide protection from “light rain and sweat” and it also has dust.
Touch controls take some tests and errors to get used to the control. You can tap the battery buggy or junentark or “pinch” battery with two fingers to control the playback and answer/last calls. To adjust the volume, to activate your voice assistant or to activate forward tracks in advance and backwards you can set long taps and keep gestures. I prefer Bose’s physical control button on his battery, which is as a barrel, but the OpenDots touch controls were good.
Mourning is the quality of a sound of the openings
The mourning states that OpenDots featured his busfia technology that “combines the double 11.8mm driver in a round module to create a 16mm driver’s performance.” It also contains Dolby Audio and Mourning Technology, which reduces sound leakage so that people close to you can’t hear what you are listening (or anyway it is very ignorant). You need to add a dolby audio to the mourning app for iOS and Android, and it opens the word a bit and everything sounds a baby flower. It is not clear only some forms of digital processing and whether it affects the life of the battery but you can hear a difference when it is involved.
Enhance
To find the most comfortable fit, you can adjust the clip of the bud in your ear where the clip of your ear can be somewhat affected with the sound quality placement.
The sound of all clip-on buds changes slightly with how you place the buds on your ear (you can find the most comfortable fit you can slide the bud a bit above or below but the location can affect the sound quality). They face some bus challenges because of their free designs and don’t sound as good as sound-scored earbuds.
This is also the case here, though the opens are one of the highest sounding clip-on buds I have tested, which should be expected to pay high prices. It was said that their word became slightly lower than the sound quality of the Bose Ultra Open Yearbods, even though the Dolby audio was employed. The bose buds sound a bit more open with the bows and their tonal balance is a bit better (they sound more natural and accurate overall). This is a relatively subtle difference but it is noticeable.
The main problem of cheap clip-on earbods is that they distort some of the high amounts. When you press the volume, it mainly operates openings to avoid distorted. They play loudly but not very high.
OpenDots come in a two color option.
Mourning OpenDots are a voice-coling performance
Mourning headphones and earbods have good voice-coling performances and when the voice-coling section is not bad, the collars said that when I used them on the noise street of New York, they heard the sound of the background.
During the launch, Bose Ultra Open Yearbods were not a great performer for voice calling with similar problems, including background noise decrease. However, Bose subsequently improved the sound reduction with firmware update (Bose added multipoint Bluetooth pair with the same firmware update). And when the very open earbuds are still not top for voice-coling, they are now on average.
Mourning OpenDots are an additional feature and battery life
One of the openings contains “dynamic ear detection” that allows the earbods to automatically detect a bud in a ear, so no left or right markers are required. But otherwise their feature set is fairly basic. They link to the mourning app for iOS and Android, which enables a multipoint pair between two devices, 4 pre-set EQ mode and two personalized EQs, looking for my earbods and more. ”
Bose Ultra Open Feature Beus’ imitated audio for spatialization of music. This is the same feature QC Ultra Yearbods and QC Ultra Headphones. Like these models, these buds have head-tracking, so you can set the audio immersed for steel mode that determines the sound or motion mode that follows the movements of your head. This involves the sound a bit from the standard stereo mode but I think it makes it a more obvious difference with quiet room models. Also, it reduces the life expectancy of the battery that is involved.
Ultra Open Yearbods are rated up to 7.5 hours at the medium volume level, but this number launches the immersed audio about 4.5 hours. The charging case offers additional 19.5 hours battery and has a fast-charge feature but there is no wireless charging option.
On the contrary, the openings are rated for up to 10 hours of use on a single charge with an additional 30 hours battery in charging, which features wireless charging. So mourning must have an advantage there.
Mourning OpenDots are a final initial thought
Sub-Nakshit OpenDots are one of the best open earned right now and of course we have a place on the list of the best clip-on earbud. Although they don’t sound pretty good as the Bose Ultra Open Yearbods, they are quite close and my ears fits somewhat better and battery life is better. Like Ultra Open Yearbods, which is listed for $ 299 but is currently being sold for $ 249, they are extra prices, but at least they cost less than their boss and they have wireless charging.
The more affordable clip -on -yarbods is like Basas Boi MC 1 (About $ 50) or Tozo Openering ($ 30), do not listen to as good or features like design at premium. However, since these types of clip-on open buds are more for casual listening, criticism is not hearing and not just produces the largest words, it is more difficult to spend big money on them. In other words, the opens are obviously higher than those budget models but 150 dollars are not good.
