Startropics is truly a forgotten nintendo game. Those who think it probably forgot that Nintendo made it after being published in NES in the 5th.
For those who have never played it, Starropic is a light-minded adventure game where the protagonist Mike Jones uses Yo-Yo for the war for the warrior, robots and aliens. The game was fun and when there was something unique from Nintendo back. There was a sequel, Joda revenge: Second StarTropics, which was published in 1994, but since then the series has been collecting dust.
This is exactly the kind of game that can do well today, especially if some metroidvania or souls are added to the material. Hell, Mike Jones Lara Croft or Nathan Drake can be a new globe-transit adventurer in the same light as Drake.
