Wednesday was the official publication of Switch 2. Nintendo announced that its next console would be published on June 5 and its initial value was $ 450. In the hour -long Nintendo Direct, lots of games were shown and I could safely say that I am excited.
Switch 2 looks like it will get a lot of support to go with Nintendo’s spectacular first -party games from third -party developers. This means that the new switch will hit the moving ground as its launch lineup is already looking great, but there will be more purchased games after that.
Some of the most encouraging games I am about these.
Evening
Reasonably, the biggest surprise of Wednesday show was the popular developer to the Software evening bludes. The studio behind the Dark Souls and Lden Ring is creating exclusive games for Switch 2 and it looks significantly like its last exclusive game, Bloodburn. There are still many questions about it but it is easy to be the most expected game for 2026.
Blank knight: Silsa
Holo Night, the developer Team Cherry, was a Cult hit when it was published in 2017. Back in 2019, the developer revealed that it was sequel called Holo Night: Silksang, which would concentrate towards the Hornet, Night’s rival friend who was the first game hero. Only a few seconds were shown during the stream, but this clip encouraged fans because it was confirmed that the game exists after a few years of silence from the developer.
Mario Cart World
If there is a series that is required to buy a Nintendo console, it’s Mario Cart. With the new game, Mario Cart World, the cart racing game goes to an open-world style, allows players to travel anywhere. The game looks like a lot of fun to look at and I want to buy $ 500 Switch 2 Mario Cart World Bundle when the console is launched. (The game will be separated individually in tears $ 80))
Donkey
One of the franchisees I wrote was a nintendo who had forgotten about the donkey kong, so I was happy to see it returned to Switch 2. Donkey Kong Bananza is a new 3D platforming game that features the Nintendo mascot, and it looks like a new approach for barrel-chawking simiaan. Nintendo for the new game of donkey kong gave a release date of July 17 and I can’t wait.
Elden Ring: Strugged version
Switch 2 had a double hammy games in the FarceftWair during the 2 Direct. It is a port of Lden Ring, but the scandalous version includes the original game as well as the shadow of DLC, Ardri.
Cyberpunk 2077: Final version
Cyberpunk 2077 is an amazing game and a scene to watch that playable in the handheld console. It took more than one patch to play the games on the steam deck, but if it could go out of the box in Switch 2, it would be a game to be selected.
Project 007
It was another surprise from the Nintendo Direct Stream. IO Interactive is developing a new James Bond game, but nothing else is published except the work title. Nevertheless, with a studio like IO interactive – best known for Hitman Games – working on it, it’s easy to get excited for another bond game.

Switch 2 launches on June 5 and preorders will be available to retailers starting April 9. Scalpers to prevent most Switch 2 stock from buying stock, nintendo applied some clever requirements for those who want to buy a switch 2 during launch.
