A new Seattle Health Tech Startup is aiming for administrative tasks that understand for mental health physicians and practice owners.
Alpine labs‘The first product is Juno, an AI-driven digital assistant that can take care of therapists to focus on patient care.
The company was co-founded by the CEO JustinGraduate of the University of Washington, who started his career in Madrona Venture Labs, started a medical device company during the Covid epidemic and then returned to Madron to spread a healthcare billing and demanded automation startup in 2021.
Alpin’s co-founderMichelle ArndasIn the Health Care Administration and Automation, a 20-year-old experienced, customer is serving as vice-president of success.
Juno acts as a Chrome extension and appears as a floating widget throughout the Electronic Health Record (EHR) equipment such as therapinotes, simple practice, theranest and more. Users can click and talk directly to the equipment with their requests.
The way Eth Juno compares the superhero iron man using its isolated assistant Jarvis.
“Non-technology people are so conditional to speak like AI’s old school Siri or Alexa: short, announced statement,” said Eth. “It was a process of neglecting it and a process of teaching users to speak as your front desk assistant: complete sentences, banners, natural breaks, etc.”

Admin works can be time -consuming for therapists, especially those who own their own practice. Some billing services are appointed, joining online group practice or generic automation equipment, not especially for healthcare.
Some workflows such as payment posting and vacant-pay demand, involves multiple manual steps in an EHR equipment. Paying a single batch means repeating a few dozen times throughout multiple clients and if something is missed, therapist does not get paid properly.
Eth says that Juno Baked-in provider is intentional for mental health practice, including arguments, note formats and specific workflows for fields. A therapist can install Chrome extension and set up in an hour, he said.
There are other Seatol-Ariaria startups who provide online therapy for youth, and nudis, including Yun, focus on the use of technology to serve the mental health care suppliers, including a generator AI therapy to treat people with light dementia.
And others are using AI to help automatically automatically help the tired back-office functions with businesses, which manages the customer onboarding, email management, document organization, data entry and invoice.
Alpin labs, which are currently generating earnings, provide its software through Flat price model So therapists can pay estimated monthly fees.
Startup is bootstrap and serves mental health practices of different sizes. A handful of “design partners” practices, in most Seattle regions, are helping to transform Juno to Bita. A public waitlist was opened last week, k Post by ITH in LinkedineThe
