Three years after its work list feature is removed, Facebook It is bringing back to users in the United States, focusing on the entrance, trade and service sector of people to help in search of local jobs.

The job list available for all users of 18 years of age or older can be found in a tab in the marketplace section as well as groups and pages.

Users can filter and pick up jobs according to category, distance and type of work. Facebook also says that it will provide appropriate proposals for users on the basis of the browsing history of work. After submitting their application, they can chat with companies through messenger to arrange interviews.

The job list feature was initially launched in the United States and Canada 2017 and then expanded to more than 40 countries after a year. However, in 2022, Facebook finally limited its support in the United States and Canada only Feature In 2023, perhaps due to the growing use of LinkedIn.

Meta did not explain why it chose to bring back the job list right now. However, it looks like it is trying to go back to its roots and simply trying to expand its purpose beyond social networking. This may be the way to apply to young people for Facebook who just start their career and draw more General Z users.
