How does it work

When Gmail detects that you are trying to set up a meeting, it adds me a “support schedule” button just inside your email draft. Click this and Gemini will advise your own calendar availability and a few ideal time slots in the context of your email conversation.

So if someone asks for a 30-minute catch-up next week, Gemi will reveal half an hour blocks before the end of the week that fits your schedule. You can tweet the suggestions and throw them out directly to your email.

Once the recipient has picked up time, the meeting is automatically added to both calendar.

Unlike sharing of the Traditional Test Schedule Links or Availability, “Assistance Schedule” is designed for one-to-one in one-way, the speeding schedule exchanges still take time.

The feature has reached a continuous stream of AI-driven updates in Google, further strengthen Google’s push as a key part of everyday life, including Jemini’s work.
