Amazon wants companies to create public face -to -face chatboats using its Qi Business Assistant.
On Wednesday, the company announced that Q’s Business, AWS-hosted AI Assistant that could answer the question, provide summaries and do complete tasks, now supports the user’s access to anonymously. The effective meaning is that AWS users can now create Q. Business Chattabot for websites, support portals, and many more can help search their customers, complete self-service requests and help more.
