Apple seems to be removing the support of clips, the company has removed the clips from the App Store and says it will not update any more.
In A support page on the Apple websiteThe company says that clips are no longer available to download new users, but existing users can continue using the app in the current or previous versions of iOS and iPados. Existing users can re -download the app from their Apple account if needed.
Without updates, clips will probably be more difficult to use over time, so Apple users are encouraging to download their clip videos (with connected effects) in their photo library, so they can watch and edit videos using other applications.
