Apple is launching an in-stor electronics recycling campaign for a month that can surpass customers’ 10% Apple Accessories, according to a post on Tuesday Mark Gurman Bloomberg. The maximum discount offered will be $ 20 and it applies to airpods, Airtags, Apple Pencils, Apple Watch Band and MacBook cases and peripherals.
Apple customers are commonly benefited from trading in electronics used for store credit, but some items are ineligible for this program. The new Earth Day promotion makes all used electronics an effective trade-in for the $ 20 Apple Accessory discount, which will make it a great time to bring recycling electronics that you will not be rewarded otherwise.
Apple rarely exempt its accessories outside of Black Friday events, it gives a rare opportunity to score peripheral as low cash. It is unclear whether it is a US-based publication or whether it will run in internationally in Apple stores. Apple did not immediately respond to any request for the comment.
