An Easy Way to Monitor Email Deliverability

Setting up SPF, DKIM and DMARC correctly once is not the end of the job - these records can silently break during a domain renewal, a hosting change, or an unrelated DNS update elsewhere on the account. Nobody notifies you that your mail has started landing in the spam folder.

Why checking once is not enough

Passing a check today does not mean things will still be correct a month from now. Blacklist status, DNS records, and MX setup can all change at any time, and in most cases the first sign of trouble is simply a sudden drop in send rate or open rate.

What monitoring actually does

Your domain's SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, MX setup, and the major blacklists are automatically re-checked on a set schedule. The moment a change or problem is detected, an alert goes out right away - instead of finding out weeks later from a deliverability report.

What triggers an alert, and how often

An alert only fires when something that was passing starts failing - not for every daily check that comes back clean - and is capped to at most once every few hours per domain, so a record that is flapping between states does not flood your inbox with repeat notifications.
