A new company, CogitoOpenly available AI models are derived from the stealth with a family that can be switched between “logic” and non-resource modes.
Reasonable models like Openai and 1 have shown great promises in domains such as mathematics and physics, working through step-by-step complex problems thanks for their effective truth-cheek skills. This argument comes at a cost, however: higher computing and delay. This is why ethnographic labs are followed by “hybrid” models architectures that combine the elements of logic with standard, non-razor elements. Hybrid models can quickly answer simple questions when spending extra time considering more challenging questions.
All models of Deep Cogito, known as Cogito 1, are the hybrid model. Cogito claims that they have surpassed the best open models of the same size, including the model of Meta and Chinese AI Startup DEPSEC.

Cogito 1 models are from 3 billion parameters to 70 billion parameters and Cogito says that up to 671 billion parameters will join them in the next weeks and months. The parameters are roughly matched by the problem of solving the problem of a model, more parameters are usually better.
