A federal judge Thursday A case that is trying to stop the Government Skill Department from achieving records on millions of Americans can proceed.
Privacy Watchdog The Electronic Frontier Foundation and two Workers Unions, more than 100 current and former federal employees have sued the US Office Office (OPM) and Elon Mask in February.
The government has filed a proposal to dismiss, but the judge on Thursday denied the proposal.
The case wants to block OPM from the Dog’s agents to block the record. It wants to return any information already shared. This verdict does not mean that the case itself will create victory for the plaintiffs, but it allows them to continue.
