Earlier in the year, Samsung unveiled his new Samsung Galaxy S 25 series phone at San Jose Unpacked Event in California. As expected, the phone company put the new AI features on the center stage, highlighting a handful of hardware improvements as a thought on last year’s handsets. Nevertheless, the S25 series represents Samsung’s latest and largest, so here’s how the Galaxy S 25 Ultra Spaces compare the standard galaxy S25 and S 25 plus.
Three phones have the same price as last year’s Galaxy S24 family but they all saw the change. Standard $ 800 has all new AI strategies and upgrades on the S25. The large format handset makes it with more storage and battery with $ 1000s 25 plus. And finally, the maximum premium (and most expensive) models, $ 1,300 S25 ultra, has absolute best glasses in the camera and screen.
Unknown to everyone in the event, there was an last surprise of unpacked: Galaxy S 25 Edge, a thin fourth sibling in lineup. Unfortunately, Samsung has not revealed much about this device and excludes it on the show floor, we have no glasses to compare with our three well -known siblings. If the rumor is true, one that may be published in the first half of this year, call the device a mystery.
It was said that there are all the glasses here for the three S20 phones that we know a lot about.

Design and display
You will be strictly stressed to see the difference between last year’s phone and this year as the overall appearance has not changed too much. However, there are still visual differences between phones. Both the smaller S 25 and the larger S 25 plus have a trio of phone lenses on the back, while the S25 ultra has four. As it has been over the years, the Ultra model has a slot on the right side of the bottom edge for an exhaustable S -pen styleus.
Surprisingly, the standard S 25 is a bunch of light, weight 162 g (5.71 ounces), while S 25 plus 190g (6.7 ounces) and S 25 Ultra 218 grams (7.69 ounces). Both S25 and S25 Plus have standard aluminum frames, while S25 ultra contains a titanium. All three phones are dust- and IP 68 is rated for water resistance.
Although all amolded with 1-120Hz refresh rate, display shows where the phones begin to separate. Standard S 25 has a 6.2-inch screen with long HD resolution (2,340 by 1,080 pixels), while the larger S 25 plus has a 6.7-inch screen with Sharper 1440p resolution (3,120 pixels) and S25 Altra-inch with a slightly larger 6.9-inch scorpion. There is
There is another unifting factor: For the first time in the year, S25 Ultra has a curved-scored screen like his younger siblings. Another vesties in the note series, the flat edges of the screen are gone. The screens of the phone have a maximum of 2,600-night pick brightness.

Camera
Three phone cameras have not changed much since last year’s S24 series. There is a trio of rear cameras both in standard S 25 and S 25 plus: a 50-megapixel main shooter, a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 10-megapixel telephoto with 3X optical zoom.
S 25 Increases those capabilities with a 200-megapixel main camera, a new 50-megapixel ultrawide shooter and dual telephoto camera: a 10-megapixel 3 X optical zoom with a 50-megapixel 5 X optical zoom camera.
Three phones have a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and all can shoot 8K from their rear camera.
Performance
The phones are almost attached to the performance, perhaps all their AI features require a high glasses baseline. (We also heard about Apple’s iPhones)) All three phones pack 12GB RAM, which can be a new baseline to use these features. Previously S24 had only 8GB RAM.
All three packed a customized version of Qualcomm’s most advanced mobile chip, introduced last October, which was built in the speed and a lot of AI capabilities. The S25 phones are not the first to pack the chip, after the late last year, after Xiaomi 15 and early this year WonPlus 13 was launched – but Samsung’s new phones are in the primary pack of Qualcomm’s most advanced silicon for the phone.
The phones pack growing amounts of storage, with S25 A28 GB or 256 GB, S 25 Plus packing 256 GB or 512GB and S 25 Ultra 256GB, 512GB or 1 TB. As in the previous years, there is no other way to extend any microSD slot or physically storage on a phone, so you need to buy cloud storage options to save their board storage.
The phones are out of all the boxes on the Outlines of Samsung as well as the OUI 7 over of Samsung as well as Samsung. All of the phones have Samsung’s seven -year Android and security updates.
One of the AI features is PET Care, whose goal is to analyze the problems.
AI
The new AI features of the S25 series can be the most defined feature to separate from the S24 phone last year (it is not clear or how many features will come down to old Samsung handsets). Three S 25 phones can access the same AI features.
One of the most notable new AI features is the Samsung Cross app calling-for example, the request to find a vegan pet-friendly restaurant and to text it with me will consult with multiple applications for answers such as echo and messages. Depending on the request, Samsung or Google’s AI models will be used.
Another Samsung-Exclusive AI feature is AI Select, which suggests verbs or applications depending on what you see. Simply swipe from the screen to turn on the Edge Panel (Sidebar with App Shortcut) and AI Select button to suggest that it is a GIF or image as the background of your phone to suggest on what you are watching.
There is also a new feature called Samsung’s conversation search that responds to more casual requests with relevant suggestions – so if you say “My eyes are hitting, can you help on screen” but the phone will bring brightness settings and blue light filters. This will help to make photo search smarter, a lot of Apple and Google have used AI to improve their own photo album search.
The Circle to Search Function, which lasted in last year’s S24 series, is also getting an upgrade: it can now recognize the audio, so you can say goodbye to Shajam. Samsung says that the new phone has a more personal recommendation, when your phone sleeps better at a certain temperature (assumes that health data is coming from the Galaxy Ring or the Galaxy Clock) is like advising to change thermostat.
Battery
Battery capacity is another field where the phones are different, though it is important to clearly make more power not always lasting with your phone. Brightness, GPS location-tracking and other features can quickly drain your phone. But all things are equal, big battery means more battery life: S25 has a 4,000-MAH battery, S25 Plus has a 4,900-MAH battery and S25 Ultra 5,000-MAH battery.
Both S25 and S25 have 25-watt charging on both Plus, other top Android flagships are stuck in a rate Samsung phones-for example, onePlus 13 has 100 watts of charging (80-watt in the US), which has completed more than half an hour of battery for more than half an hour. S25 Ultra with a 45-watt charging is a bit better, but it feels the most advanced phone in Samsung’s status, especially archaeological.
The three phones have a 15-wire-wireless charging (you get the same with the QI2 standard) as well as the wireless PowerShare to juice other devices using your own battery. Although phones do not have Magsaf magnetic connection between phones like Apple’s latest iPhones, they can estimate it on third -party cases with official Samsung and magnetic connectors.
Conclusion
Samsung’s 3-phone lineup has a very nice set of stone nowadays, the lowest price S20 has the lowest glasses, the larger S 25 plus switting users who want more batteries and offer maximum spaces with S25 Ultra S Pen.
However, these lines thanked some of the board upgrades on the 12GB RAM, which leaves the storage and screen resolution as the largest differentitarian in all phones. The big jump between the S25 Plus and S 25 Ultra remains between the more impressive camera and styleus, though it is becoming a steeper hike for a $ 300 jump.
