Google bets on geothermal to power data centers in Taiwan

Google will add 10 megawatt geothermal power in Taiwan its renewable portfolio, company Declaration Tuesday, in Asia, the search giant identified the first geographical investment.

The Swedish company Baseload Capital is developing the project through a local auxiliary organization, which has been mapping the island for geopolitical resources since 2019.
