Milton’s interest in Nicola is the latest twist of the company’s long, odd story. At last week’s hearing, Nicola’s lawyer said that Milton’s interest was “nothing but a promotion stunt.” Judge Thomas Horan said that the company is “justified why it is necessary” to ban Milton into this facility. He denied the pace of Iso to allow Milton to visit the factory.
