Eight years after joining Benchmark as the first female general partner of the farm, Sara announced on Tavel X that she was converting to a more limited role to a storey Venture Farm.

Contrary to most VC companies, where senior partners usually receive a larger part of the management fees and profits, the benchmark acts as an equal partnership, divides all general partners fees and returns equally.
During his tenure as a general partner of the benchmark, the Tavel Campsite Marketplace Hipcamp, Cryptocurrency Intelligence Startup Chainalisis and Beauty Platform Supergrit, which were acquired by What notes in 2023.
