Temu and Sheen are planning to raise prices for US customers starting next week on April 25 due to tariffs on goods sent from President Donald Trump to China Associated press Report.

5% of the tariffs on products made in China, in addition to Trump’s duty discount decision, were allowed under US duty -free $ 800, disrupting business models on both platforms. According to the report, about 1 million parcels, most of them from China, soon enter the United States under this discount.

Sheen and Temu have gained significant popularity in the United States over the past few years due to the price of the platform discount and influential advertising.

The Wall Street Journal Last year it was reported that Amazon is now seeing Shane and Temu a greater threat to his business than retailers like Walmart and Target. In November, Amazon launched the Amazon Hole, it is a storefront that provides mass produced and discounted items for the adoption of Shane and Tamu.

Shane and Temu are encouraging customers to continue shopping. Companies say they will confirm the arrival of timely orders and are doing what they can do to reduce the impact on buyers.
