SNAP is imposing a new storage limit on Snapchat’s memory feature, which has created impressive numbers since its introduction in 20 2016. According to the SNAP, users have saved multiple trillion memories across its platform and are now launching “memory storage plan” for users who have surpassed 5GB memories.
A Press releaseSNAP details the initial storage plan allowed 100 GB of storage for memories for $ 1.99 per month. Snapchat+ Customers, who provide $ 3.99 a month, will get up to 250 GB storage, while the highest level of Snapchat platinum customers will include 5 TB with a monthly expenditure of $ 15.99.
SNAP says that a “huge majority” of its Snapchat users will not notice any changes as the 5GB limit is away from hitting. For thousands of snaps, the company is now launching these storage plans. To facilitate transfer of money from unlimited storage, Snap will exceed 5 GB memories in one year of temporary storage. These new storage subscriptions follow the latest payment option for Snap for its lens+ subscription, for which it costs $ 9 a month.
