SpaceX’s huge Starship Rocket rose on his tenth Test flight on Tuesday evening, hitting two long milestones and finishing a string of failure.

The launch facility of SpaceX at the beginning of this week’s two scrubs and removed the car of 403 feet from the recently incorporated City Starbase. The rocket climbed into 33 methane-fisherman reparter engines before the elevator was separated about three minutes later.

Descent, Super Heavy Boosters have examined a new technique: the engines used to transfer to landing and backup engines deliberately shut down. The test will help engineers understand how booster can perform in the case of failure. The test has been shown to go like a plan, a 232 -foot -tall booster successfully created a target splashdown in the Gulf of Mexico.

Meanwhile, the upper phase, which is also called Starship, has reached the space. There, for the first time on the Starship flight, it opened its page-style’s payload door and released eight starlink mass satellites. This is a power that SpaceX planned, but failed to display on previous missions. The company successfully illuminated a Rapter engine on the site before guiding the vehicle towards the Indian Ocean, where it spreads, pressed and exploded immediately.

On the way down, the external atmosphere of the ship came into contact with incredible heat during the ranting, providing a great test environment for the upgraded thermal protection system. SpaceX also used this test to try multiple tests -such as to see how the skin “to remove the tiles from the ship’s sections, as well as a new metal tile and a actively cool tile.

Most importantly, however, the above phase has completed the entire test and spread to the Indian Ocean without losing the coms with SpaceX engineers. Durin last flight, the ship reached the space and then lost attitude control at the coastal level, which prevents the payload from opening the door. Engineers seem to have overcome these issues.

This is a big win for SpaceX, which has repeatedly lost the starship at the top level due to multiple technical failures during the flight. Endless issues have raised the question that the rocket will be ready to land on the moon in the middle of 2027 for NASA, or when it will be able to set up the next gener Sterling satellite for the company.

This test identifies a traditional progress for the Starship program, which the company finally wants to use people and cargo to send on Mars. Although SpaceX still needs to finish a series of hard technical milestones before reaching there, it was one step closer tonight.
