Former Wi -combinator startup Telephony Companies are helping companies to reduce obstacles when a high-volume customer is trying to try, for example, book appointments. Its AI voice agents kick and manage basic operations when transferring more complex processes to human operators. The Berlin-based startup has now collected $ 3.6 million in the pre-bees fund round led by Cherry Ventures and Y Combinator in Berlin.
Tele says that its AI voice agents can perform several tasks, including automatic callbacks and even closing deals.
The Startup, founded by Seb Happe-Selasi, Philip Boumans and Finn Jurle, focused on mixing its agents into company activities.
It is now claiming that it has reached over 50% of the month’s revenue and has processed about a million phone calls (and only a six -person team) outside the Berlin office. Customers are spreading plans for further expansion in Germany, the United Kingdom, Latin America and the United States.
CEO Jur Mehlen told TechCrunch that one of Germany’s largest startup success was after working in German Unicorn, the founders got the idea: “We have made customer service people and how difficult it is to handle the automation that is called for customer acquisition.
He said that Tele’s AI agents actually earn the results such as “Booking Appointments, Prikulating Leeds, Product Advice.” Voice is made by rented voice actors, whose voices are then cloned using 11 labs or Cartesian AI Voice-Clooning platforms, he said.
Underlying AI models vary between Open AI, Clock and others using Tele: “We are walking around. Our goal should always give our customers the best solutions that are out now,” he said.
