Former Wi -combinator startup Telephony Companies are helping companies to reduce obstacles when a high-volume customer is trying to try, for example, book appointments. The Startup, founded by Seb Happe-Selasi, Philip Boumans and Finn Jurle, focused on mixing its agents into company activities.
It is now claiming that it has reached over 50% of the month’s revenue and has processed about a million phone calls (and only a six -person team) outside the Berlin office. Customers are spreading plans for further expansion in Germany, the United Kingdom, Latin America and the United States.
