Cookware brand All-Clad This year surprised me. This summer, it entered the world of backyard pizza with a debut pizza oven that I love more than any oven I’ve tested this year. Right now, that wonderful all-clad gas-fired pizza oven is $800 off the suggested retail price, only All-clad site.
What’s so good about ovens? The all-clad gas-fired pizza oven heats up quickly and crests 900 degrees Fahrenheit after 20 minutes. It’s well-insulated, comes with a built-in thermometer that’s pretty accurate, and is known for its sturdy stainless steel all-clad.
But most notably, the All-Clad pizza oven has a rotating pizza stone that takes a lot of the hassle and hassle out of cooking pizza. Instead of nervously fumbling around with a pizza peel, turning each pizza before the backside burns, all I have to do is turn the pizza into the middle of the pizza stone.

The oven does the rest, spinning the pizza at a rate of one revolution every 40 seconds or so. It’s not foolproof—you have to set the pizza in the center of the pizza stone to get an even cook—but it’s a game-changer. This is especially true if I make multiple pizzas in one go-round. This meant I was able to prepare another pie while one was still turning and baking.
