My phone has become very adhesive from the second to my hand I wake up until I fall asleep and I think my brain is turning into marbles because of it. I have a problem: I see my iPhone path very much.

In this week’s episode of Preve Brick, which you can see above, I try to prevent my screen time by turning on some iOS 18 well -being features. Yes, I know IOS 26 is out … but I haven’t updated yet. I’m using an iPhone 12 mini. Can I implement a deadline in some of my largest screen-time-taking applications? I wanted to set up a downtime routine to help me in the new habits where I did not start my day with my iPhone in my hand – and hopefully bind myself from social media. These features and timers can be bypassed with a general click of a button, strong enough to get me the phone?

I’m on the hunt for the ways to break the use of my constant social media and early this year, I spent one day using a light phone 3 instead of my iPhone. If you are interested in the dumb phone, you need to watch the video.
