We are one step closer to the telepathic conversation with each other. Or we are close to having a technology that looks at least that way. There was a new AI device Recently announced This is, if two people are worn, silent communication may allow.
The company’s name and new AI device, were developed by Altergo MIT Media Lab And this is a peripheral neural interface that will enable you to contact the AI assistant, other machines and other people who are wearing the device – not all using your voice or using physically observable movements.
This is the first time we saw Altergo. We first got a glimpse of a prototype in 2018, then the device has become smaller and has gained more helpful features.
The device can identify the signals sent to your brain before you wish to speak loudly. Wear can detect the entire spectrum of the speech by its wearer even if you adhere to words. From there, Ultorego’s generator will return his response to the user through the AI bone transport speaker.
Although it cannot capture thoughts, the company describes Altargo as “the world’s first telepathic wearable that enables silent communication at the speed of thought”. This is not telepathy, but it is a step towards the speech that explains your internal voice.

Altergo has an embedded camera system that allows you to indicate something that you see and silently ask about it. In a demonstration video, CEO Arnov Kapoor rounded a character face in a postcard, asks who (not talking) and gets a response with the character’s details.

To set the reminders, you can use wearable to control your device to control hands-free and type, as soon as you think.
It becomes more attractive when two separate people wear the device. You can have a silent conversation with each other and even translate your message to another language for the receiver. Since Altargo uses your brain’s signals and facial motions to identify what you want to say, communication is not affected by external words or motions.
The device can also be proven as a huge medical win, as it can restore speech to those who have lost it due to illness or other obstacles.
