Uber Announces Partnership to Bring Robotaxis to Europe in 2026

Robotaxis will be added to the Uber app outside the United States and China, Uber and Momenta, which is announced on a new agreement on Friday. The Robotaxis is expected to start with car security operators in Europe early 2026.

Uber is not new to self-driving car partnership. It has simply announced a dynamics that will supply thousands of autonomous cars to the Uber app over the next few years. This partnership was launched in Arlington, Texas later this year.

There are several other partners in the region, including Uber Warrid and Wave. Uber once had its own self-driving department, though it sold it to Aurora’s invention in 2020.
