California has just made history as the first state for AI protection transparency from the largest labs in the industry. Governor News has signed the SB 53K Act this week, ordered that the OpenAI and ethnographic AI giants publish and stick to their protection protocols. The decision is spreading the debate over whether other states will follow the case.
