In all cases, job candidates can soon expect to do many more primary screening interviews. Although it can sound like positive news, it does not mean that there will be a more open position suddenly.

Instead, employers are often submerged with determining what applicants are eligible for the next round, outsource the routine screening work – such as background, pay requirement and receipt – (you guess it) AI.

AlexAn AI employer said that it is already helping companies to interview video interviews and phone screen.

Aaron Wang (the center of the centers, the bottom row), who co -ked Alex about eighteen months ago, told TechCranch that the Startup’s Voice AI equipment could get autonomous interviews with applicants immediately after applying for any job. “Our AI hiring takes thousands of interviews a day and helps to hire people in some of the largest companies in the world,” he said.

Although Wang, who previously worked on Facebook and spent time as quant for a hedge fund, refused to name customers, he said that they include 100 companies, financial institutions, restaurant chains and Big4 accounting companies in the country.

Investors see the rise of AI interviewers as a tendency that many companies will inevitably accept. As a result of this view, Alex’s new $ 17 million series led the round, led by the Pick XV partners. This round included the participation of Wi -Combinator and uncontrollable initiatives, as well as a number of major human resources officers (CHROs) of 500 companies. This series followed the company’s $ 3 million seed fund, which was led by Ventures of 1984 last year.

Alex is not alone in providing AI recruitment services to companies. Startup contestants include companies such as Himilo, converzai and ribbons such as other early stages.

Markor, the fast -growing AI data labeling startup, which we have said that we are trying to extend a new round in the $ 10 billion assessment, it started as AI hiring.

Alex’s long -term aspect is to interview millions of employers to create a more prosperous and deeper professional profile data than what LinkedIn offers currently.

Wang said “Our thesis is a 10 minute conversation with you tells me a lot more about you than your LinkedIn profile.”

But now, Alex is focusing on the appointrs to help them to free their time to create relationships with pre-qualified candidates and to advise the appointment directors.
