Chinese technology company Alibaba on Monday Have been released Queen 3, AI model, claims to match a family company and in some cases the best models available from Google and Open.
Most models – or will soon – available for download under a “Open” license from AI Dev Platform Hug And GithubThe They are in size up to 0.6 billion parameters up to 235 billion parameters. The parameters are fairly matched by a model problem solving skill and more parameter models usually perform better than low parameters.
The emergence of a China-rooted model series like Quinn has increased pressure on American labs like OpenAI to provide more capable AI technology. They have also led to implement restrictions to limit the capacity of Chinese AI companies to get the rods needed to train the models.
According to Alibaba, Queen 3 models “hybrid” models are in the sense that they can take time and “logic” through complex problems or answer fast requests quickly. Like the logic like OpenA and 3, but enables models to effectively cheek at the expense of higher delay.
“We have seamless integrated thinking and non-thinking mode, providing flexibility for users’ thinking budget control,” wrote the Queen team on a blog post.
Alibaba says Queen 3 models support 119 languages and were trained in the data set of about 36 trillion token. Tokens are the data raw bits that process the model; 1 million token is equivalent to about 750,000 words. Alibaba says that Coin 3 was trained in combination with the textbook, “Question-answer pair,” code snipts and many more.
Alibaba says these improvements with others have greatly enhanced the performance of Queen 3 compared to Queen 2. In a platform codes for the programming competition, the largest Queen defeated 3 model-QWEN-3-235B-A22B-O3-Mini of Openai. QWEN-3-235B-A22b also makes an exam and 3-minutes to evaluate the skills of any model of “logic” on issues, a challenging math benchmark and BFCL, a challenging Math benchmark and BFCL.
However, QWEN-3-235B-A22B is not publicly available-not yet.
The largest public queen 3 model, QWEN3-32B, is still owned by the Chinese AI Lab DEPSEC, with several owned and competitive with open AI models. QWen3-32B has surpassed the Openai and 1 model in several tests, with an accuracy criterion called Livebunch.
Alibaba says that Queen 3 follows the “Excels” in the equipment-coling capabilities as well as the instructions and copy specific data formats. In addition to publishing models for downloads, Queen 3 fireworks are available from cloud suppliers, including AI and Hyperbolic.
