3D printer testing is a deep process. Printers often do not use the same materials or even the same process to create models. I examine the SLA, 3D printers that use resin and light to print and FDM, printers that melt plastic plastic. Everyone has a unique method. The core of the core qualifiers I see is among:
- Hardware quality
- Setup is easy
- Bundle software
- The presence of prints and accuracy
- Repairness
- The organization and community support
Print of an original test, (now old) presents the CNET logo, is used to determine how a printer bridges the gaps, creates the right shape and operates overhangs. It also has a little towers to help measure how well the 3D printer temperature operates.
During the speed test, we used the model slicker using the standard slica to pie Slissers can vary in the world of what they believe in the end of the end.
Then we use Pruselica to determine how much the print should use the print, and divides the real-world time to print that number, giving us a more accurate number of millimeters (mm/s) per second that the printer can run.
Each build plate is supposed to heat up to a certain temperature, so we use it Infir thermal imaging camera for Android To check how well they do. We set the build plate to 60 degrees Celsius – the most used temperature for build plates – the temperature waited five minutes to stabilize and then measured it in six separate locations. We then took the average temperature to see how close the 3D printer got at the advertising temperature.
Resin test requires several criteria, so I use it Emeralabs Standard Test: Printing a small resin model that looks like a small town. It helps to determine how accurate the printer is, how it deals with the smaller parts and how well the UV exposure works at different points of the model.
Using different 3D models, many more epic test prints also have to examine the longevity of each printer and how well the machine is well copied with different sizes.
For other criteria, I researched the company to see how good it is to support the questions from customers and to order how easy it is to order the replacement parts and to install them itself. Keats (printers that are simply semi-one) are judged by how long and how difficult the instructions are and how clear the instructions are.
