Bungi’s long-seated Cy-Fi shooter Marathon returned in September. For the players who want to try to try the new game before coming out, there will be a closed alpha test by the end of this month.

A trilogy of the games published above Mac in the ‘900s, the marathon is the franchise that placed on the map before publishing the hello in the main Xbox. This latest repeat of the marathon is to go to the team-based extraction shoot from an old-school 3D FPS game like Doom, a complete overhole of the original formula. The players take the role of the runners, who come down to the fourth planet for loot, fate and privacy.

Here is what you need to know about the marathon.

When does the marathon come out?

The marathon will be published on September 23, 2025 on PC, PS5 and Xbox series consoles.

How much will the marathon cost?

Bungi has not yet provided any value as the release of the game on Saturday.

When does the alpha test off the marathon start?

The closed alpha test starts from April 23.

How can I join the alpha exam off the marathon?

Can sign up by joining those who are interested in joining the closed alpha exam Marathon Discord ChannelThe

What is this new marathon?

Marathon has a player, as a team or single, explore the lost human colony in Tau City IV. Their rival players, computer-controlled forces and other threats on the planet should explore the regions occupied. Players choose from different runner classes, such as stealth vacancies that can use active camo.

The game is an extraction shooter, the latest craze of the gaming gene. Extraction shooters are different from looter shooters like Borderlands and division, because players have to avoid this area (in other words, extracting them) to keep the players gathered. Die and all these goodies are ready to occupy for other players. The more the loot players come back, the better the survival.

How is the new marathon game connected to old games?

In the original Marathon Games, Tau City IV was the home of a human colony of 30,000 people. It was ultimately destroyed by an alien race called FIFO, which was working with an AI called Durandal.

There are some questions about what actually happened in the colony and the details of this will be published in the end as the players explore the world.
