Tickets are rolling support for ALT text for Tickets to make the content more accessible for visual and vulnerable users. Creators can now provide the descriptive text for photos to help you understand visual content through the spoken description of screen readers.
Tiktok told TechCrunch in an email that manufacturers could add ALT text during the upload process or after publishing a post.
With this launch, Tickets have joined numerous social networks that support Alt text, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, Maston, Tumbller and more.
The ALT text joins the existing suit of accessibility tools in the ticket ticket, which includes characteristic features like auto-exposed captions for video content and the ability to adjust the size of the text across the app.
