Whether you are running or barely starting as long as you are running, the right running gear can create or break your experience – especially if you are training for a marathon. Anyone who has been running and closed for more than 15 years, I can give the truth of it – especially since I am a fitness writer who often tests gadgets and new treadmills.

For Nasha, he barely started running, so if you are a beginner, we have received his recommendation to assist at that stage of your journey.

Below is our current running, of course a veteran and apprentice runner is from both perspectives.

1 Running belt

If you want to keep your hand free during your run, a moving belt must be. If you want to carry minimal items like a pair of key, your phone and a debit card, Spibblet is my favorite belt. It is on the thin side with a limited area and it does not bounce everywhere during a run.

However, if you want to carry a few more items than your key and phone, I would recommend a moving belt like Flipbelt, which contains more things and sit safely around your waist without a strap or clip. I like that it is mixed with the waistline of your leggings and does not feel the weight of the traditional fanny pack.

2 Socks

A good pair of running socks may make or break your run. You do not want to wear the wrong material and be heated, especially in the summer. I am a great fan of the Bomb Half-Calph socks, whose hex tech, which is extremely breathing and moisture wicking. It also has airflow ventings so that your legs are cool throughout your run.

Bombus offers a three-pack of his half-calf socks, but the brand is available for purchase of an ongoing ankle Soka Three-Pack if it fits to your choice.

3 Sunscreen

Skincare protection is needed to run outside in winter or summer. I am using the supergoop! Play the daily lotion SPF 50 for a while and likes how it easily rub on my face and body. It is not spit and no white cast is left behind like some sunscreen. It’s sweat-resistant, and I have been able to use it under makeup. This sunscreen formula is ideal if you want to break the sweat without thinking about your holes or sting of any possible eye.

4 Headphones or earbods

I personally prefer over-ear headphones when I ran because they usually fit me more securely. If you are concerned about protection, headphones that fits at the top of the ear and wrap around the back of the head are better than the over-the-yar option. If you are concerned about security, your run is still needed for your music.

If you prefer a wireless earned style, Powerbeats Pro 2 is the way to go. The earbods have an over-ear design, which keeps them in place as soon as you continue.

5. Apple Watch or Garmin

If you are a runner who likes to track the initial statistics of your run then is ideal for you wearing like Apple Watch. It’s easy for newcomers and advanced runners to track the metrics they care. This is the only watch I have relied for many years to track training runs, casual runs and even race day runs.

Apple Watch Series 10 The latest version and Apple Blood Pressure Observer will only become more versatile as it provides more advanced health features. If you are a competitive runner who wants to be wearable that is suitable for a tempo or speed run, you are more featured instead and providing more data from your run you can rent better by using the Garmin Foreruna.

6 .. Strava app

The Strava app has become my favorite run-tracking app since it is compatible with Apple Watch (as well as other wearables) and bike ride and hikes can be used to track. It is easy enough to follow the data collecting during your run and shares it in a way that shows your speed, height and distance and even lets you save running routes. You can also follow friends using the app so you can encourage each other.

I didn’t have any problems using the free version after this period, but if you want to unlock other features in Strava, you can sign up for subscription, which is $ 80 or $ 12 a month for the year.

7. Sneakers

The right pair of running sneakers will be different towards the person, since the appropriate fit depends on your gite and size of your feet. Therefore, my favorite running sneaker (new balance Fresh Fresh X 1080) may or may not be the right fit for you.

If you want to use these for a long distance or if you want to improve your speed or to be here for casual jog and there you want to run for casual jog, you should also consider when choosing your running sneaker. I have been running on New Balance Sneaker for many years now and likes how they retain after many training and racing.

The ongoing gear I use and recommend as an apprentice

When I (NASA) started running first I made a lot of mistakes. I was wearing the wrong shoe and wearing something socks that were around me – I realized that I would only “tighten it”. Spoller: I didn’t actually tighten it. I got blisters, spread to places that I didn’t know I could be chaff, even got knee pain that interrogated me whether the race was for me.

Finally, I realized that having the right gear makes it more enjoyable and less painful. If you have started what I personally use and recommend here. There is no jerk – just things that make me a difference for me.

1 A pair of shoes on the fitted shoes

Well running shoes are important. I used to run all my sneakers and hated me on my knees. Then I was installed in an on -store. There are other stores that have fancy 3D tools that scan your legs to find the right shoe for you. I got Cloudsurfer 2 for women (this shoe is also available for men) and I soon realized how much the right shoe distinguishes. These ongoing sneakers are cushion but not too much squashi and they support my arches without feeling hard.

2 Moisture wicking running socks (because suction blisters)

I used to think that anything would do so. It is until I get blisters on my legs. I have learned that cotton socks can prevent moisture and when integrated with friction, it can cause painful blisters. A good pair keeps your legs dry and comfortable in the moisture socks. My cow-to-duo socks are the ambitious quarter crew. These socks fits the snoggy and prevent rubbing.

3 .. Hydration vest for long run

I don’t think I need water when I don’t look at my bank account and add 2 dollar water bottle charges. When you can run with a bottle of water, I like to free my hands. It led me to bring the idea of wearing a hydration vest. It makes your water bottle so easy. I prefer to move the active skin from Solomon 4 running vest. It weighs lightly, does not heating me and even has pockets for extra storage.

4 .. Reflective gear to stay safe in low light

It is important to be visible to cars and bikes for safety if you run in the morning or at night. When it becomes dark I do a reflection but you can also consider a headlamp. My Go to is a reflection of $ 7 from Amazon. In addition to affordable, it comes to two sets with fun and pink, green, orange and purple.

5. Foam roller for recovery

The pain hurts me tightly when I start running. When expanding, of course, a foam roller creates a big difference in my recovery. I roll out my calves and quadings after every run and I noticed how little pain I feel after the week. I use a foam roller to come with me Tempo And no one has ever used it since then.
